how constitutional is it to outsource jobs in a country where there's less rights and liberties for the citizens? why not keep manufacturing jobs here at home and worry about free trade here in america? if citizens can't form unions or protest their salary their basically slaves. that's what's so great about america remember?

@hollymatterson i'm a libritarian too, but this is one issue i strongly disagree with. i agree completely with the idea of a free market and allowing businesses and workers compete for jobs. i even agree with removing minimum wage. however, in countries such as china where you have no right to form a union or protest salary its un american to outsource there. i think for that reason outsourcing should be regulated. if it's unconstitutional to regulate outsourcing..

indians aren't techinically stealing an jobs, atleast the ones in india because us companies outsource to them. But they do suck in terms of quality of work..
